Seasoning oil rosemary [organic]
Powerful spicy oil made from the aromatic, slightly lemony rosemary from Croatia. A few drops are enough.
Goes well with: Meat (veal, lamb, hare, beef, pork, game, chicken, pheasant), fish and vegetables (aubergine / aubergine, zucchini, pumpkin, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, potatoes / potatoes), cheese ( Parmesan), nuts and apricots. But also with apples, citrus fruits, red wine (dark sauce) and chocolate.
Can be combined well with: savory, garlic, mint, thyme, marjoram, oregano, sage, bay leaf and lavender.
Tip: drizzle bread (e.g. ciabatta) with the oil.
