Seasoning oil marjoram [organic]
Flavor-intensive (“substantial” © Der Flea) spice oil from Neusiedler marjoram. A spectrum of nougat and a hint of smoke characterize this light green oil. A few drops are enough.
Goes well with: Meat, vegetables, mushrooms, salads, cheese, egg dishes, vegetables (beans, peas, lentils), tomatoes, potato dishes, soups and stews, poultry (duck, goose), meat (veal, lamb, beef, Pork), game, ragouts and stews (goulash), sauces, offal (liver), fillings, minced meat, bacon, sausages, lard, dips, spreads and cream cheese.
Can be combined well with: mint, basil, sage, bay leaf, juniper, onion, garlic.
Tip: Try a few drops on vanilla ice cream.
