Spice Oil Mint [organic]
Intense, essential, emerald green spice oil from the Waldviertel peppermint. A few drops are enough.
Goes well with: fish, meat (lamb), potatoes / potatoes, peas, beans, lentils, aubergines / aubergines, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes / tomatoes, sorbets, sweet creams and also salads. Mint gives fruit salads - local or exotic - a distinctive aroma. Tomato cocktails, steamed vegetables, curd cheese / quark and farce benefit from mint.
Can be combined well with: Very aromatic spices such as basil, fenugreek, dill, ginger, cumin, marjoram, thyme, garlic, parsley and oregano but also chilli.
Tip: Drizzle a few drops of the mint oil on fruits with fragments of chocolate.
