Spice Oil Caraway [organic]
Warm, dense but fine (not too distinctive) spice oil from two-year-old caraway. A few drops are enough.
Goes well with: Fatter meat (duck, goose, pork), strong fish and high-fiber vegetables (cabbage, sauerkraut, beetroot / beetroot) and legumes. For flavoring stews, roast pork, hearty soups (potato soup), vegetable and potato dishes, cheese and cream cheese preparations, bread and yeast pastries.
Can be combined well with: paprika, juniper, coriander, garlic, onion, fennel, savory, dill and black cumin.
