Lukulli (not medicinal), golden yellow spice oil from Marchfeld black cumin with a bitter taste and a bit of spiciness. A few drops are enough.
Goes well with potatoes, legumes, stews, meat dishes and desserts. Likewise with cheese or curd cheese / quark and yoghurt. For salads (cucumbers), soups or vegetables (pumpkin, carrots / carrots, aubergines / aubergines).
Can be combined well with: chilli, coriander, caraway seeds, fenugreek, sesame, cardamom, mint, fennel, cloves, garlic, ginger and cinnamon.
Tip: Try a few drops of this seasoning oil in a cucumber salad with sour cream.
