Spice oil coriander (seeds) [organic]
Fine, harmonious, fruity spice oil from Weinviertel coriander with light nut and beautiful citrus fruit aromas. A few drops are enough.
Goes well with pork, ham, fish and chicken. Also with pulses (lentils), cabbage, carrots / carrots, cauliflower / cauliflower, celery, pumpkin, potatoes / potatoes, mushrooms, apples and citrus fruits. Coriander can also be used for compotes, fruit salads, marinades and Christmas cookies. Bread can also be seasoned with it.
Can be combined well with: ginger, cardamom, black pepper, chilli, nutmeg, cinnamon, turmeric and saffron, but also with basil, savory, marjoram, thyme and oregano. Coriander is often combined with caraway, for example in classic sauerkraut.
Tip: Try a few drops of coriander seasoning oil with fruit (e.g. chestnuts, avocado), fruit salad, ice cream and cheese.
