Seasoning Oil Thyme [organic]
Fine, elegant and flavorful (“explosive” © Der Flea) seasoning oil from Pannonian thyme with a noble tart finish. A few drops are enough.
Goes well with: dark meat (lamb, sheep, rabbit), game, fish, cabbage, zucchini, aubergines / aubergines, tomatoes / tomatoes, mushrooms, cream cheese and stews with red wine and beer. It also goes well with warm vegetable dishes, salads, sauces and cheese, stews with tomatoes and for marinating sheep and goat cheese.
Can be combined well with: rosemary, oregano, marjoram, savory, black pepper, bay leaf, lavender, sage, basil, parsley, fennel, juniper and garlic.
Tips: Marinate fresh strawberries with a few drops of this seasoning oil and pieces of chocolate, drizzle the oil on bread or add a few drops to the egg dish (scrambled eggs) and bacon.
