Fandler organic safflower oil
The powerful, nutty aroma of our organic safflower oil from Austria is particularly suitable for refining salads and root vegetables, zucchini or kohlrabi. But it also gives soups, pasta and cereal dishes a special touch.
Prickly on the outside and very rich on the inside. Our cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the orange blooming safflower gives us valuable ingredients. It has an extremely high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids that are essential for humans (77%). To preserve this, cold-pressed safflower oil should only be heated very gently.
