Fandler organic camelina oil
The tiny little with great taste unfolds its tart, spicy note best in the cold kitchen or as a seasoning oil for spicy wok dishes. Camelina, also known as camelina, has a long shelf life, but should only be heated carefully.
Already an important oil supplier in the Celtic times, the aromatic cruciferous plant was long forgotten. We have rediscovered the Camelina for ourselves. Protected by peas and grain, it grows with its delicate stalks and tiny grains in controlled organic mixed cultivation in eastern Austria.
