is made from 100% Koroneiki olives and comes from the first cold pressing.
Koroneiki, a classic strain actually has its origins in Greece. However, Claramunt has also been cultivating this type of olive in its own groves in Andalusia for a number of years. It is referred to by connoisseurs as the "queen of the olive trees". Has a great character with the scent of jasmine and rose.
Claramunt Koroneiki olive oil has an intense green color with aromas of herbs, banana and apple. The sharpness on the palate expresses the wonderful freshness of this olive oil, while the bitterness is restrained.
Excellent with smoked sheep, goat or Roquerfort cheese. Ideal for fresh salads, vegetables, salmon marinades and tartare. But also delicious with tuna, saddle, fish and ceviches.
The olive oil has received several awards and was selected again for the "Jaén Selección" in 2018. A prestigious award for the top 8 producers in the region.
