Claramunt olive oil Frantoio
is a delicious olive oil from Jaén in the region of Andalusia. It is 100% cold-pressed from the Frantoio Olive.
Only mechanical means are used to extract the oil in the cold. This ensures that the requirements for the highest quality level for cold-pressed olive oil are met.
Frantoio - spicy, originally a well-known variety of olives from Tuscany and today perhaps one of the most well-known varieties in the world. It results in a balanced and flavorful olive oil that is appreciated worldwide. It has received several awards and was selected again for the "Jaén Seleccion" in 2018. This is a very high award for the top 8 producers in the region.
The color is dark green, reminiscent of kiwi pulp with subtle aromas of tomatoes, herbs, bananas, artichokes and green almonds. Sweet sensations stand out on the palate, evolving into soft bitter tones and ending with a stronger spiciness.
