
Raspberry balsamic vinegar
This pure raspberry balsamic vinegar has matured in wooden barrels for at least 4 years. Pure raspberry vinegar and the juice of fresh raspberries result in a vinegar that tastes intensely of raspberries and is characterized by its dark red, almost black color. A clear taste, which results from the storage in the oak barrel, rounds off the taste experience. We recommend this vinegar especially for carpaccio, salads and fruit salads, as well as a digestif.
