Apple cider vinegar develops its intense, tart aroma and fruity acidity during at least three years of aging in oak barrels. Goes well with pumpkin seed oil; goes particularly well with all leaf salads, beans, beans, cucumber, cauliflower, radish, cabbage; with broth, sour beef - or a few drops over warm boiled beef.
