Small-fruited apples, ripened in natural orchards, form the basis of this organic apple cider vinegar from Austria. Apple cider vinegar develops its intense, tart aroma and fruity acidity during at least three years of aging in oak barrels. Goes well with pumpkin seed oil; goes particularly well with all leaf salads, beans, beans, cucumber, cauliflower, radish, cabbage; with broth, sour beef - or a few drops over warm boiled beef.
